Within about 24 hours we check that your photo will carve beautifully and email you the exact total including shipping. If it won't work well, we'll say so — you owe nothing.

After payment, crafting takes 3–5 business days. Each piece is inspected, packed in its gift box, and shipped with tracking shared by email.
Your photo's safety
A memorial photo is one of the most personal things you can send a stranger. Here is exactly what happens to yours.
Your photo goes to our engraving workshop and nowhere else. It is never sold, shared, or posted publicly.
Photos are kept in private storage with access limited to the people making your order — never in any public place.
Once your keepsake has arrived, we delete your photo within 14 days. If you'd like it deleted sooner, just ask.
We will never show your pet's photo in ads, social media, or our website unless you explicitly tell us we may.

What kind of photo works best?
Clear, well-lit photos taken at eye level, with your pet's face fully visible and sharp, produce the most beautiful results. One pet per photo carves best; two subjects can work if both faces are clear. Don't stress about perfection — we review every photo by hand and will tell you honestly if yours won't carve well.
Can I include more than one pet?
Yes — up to two subjects. The most important thing is that both faces are clear and well lit. Mention it in the notes when you order if you're unsure, and we'll take a look before any payment.
How long does it take?
We review your photo within about 24 hours. Crafting takes 3–5 business days after payment, and tracked international shipping typically adds 7–15 business days. Most keepsakes arrive within 2–3 weeks of ordering. If you need it by a specific date, contact us first and we'll confirm honestly whether it's possible.
How do you protect my photo?
Your photo is used only to create your keepsake. It's stored privately, seen only by the people making your order, never shared or published, and deleted within 14 days after your keepsake arrives — sooner if you ask.
What if it arrives damaged?
Then we haven't packed it well enough, and we'll make it right. Send us a photo of the damage and we'll craft and ship a replacement at no cost to you. It's a simple promise, because crystal shouldn't arrive broken.
How does payment work?
There's nothing to pay when you order. First we review your photo and confirm the exact total including shipping to your country. Then we email you a secure PayPal payment link — once you've paid, confirm it in the "Already paid?" section further down this page. Crafting begins as soon as your payment clears. Every step is handled by a person, not a bot.
Does the LED base need batteries?
No. The base is powered over USB — plug it into any phone charger, laptop or power bank. No batteries to buy or replace.
