Privacy Policy – Crystal Memorial

We make memorial keepsakes, which means people trust us with one of the most personal things they own — a photo of someone they loved. This page explains exactly what we collect, what happens to it, and when it is deleted.

What we collect when you order

When you order, no payment information touches this website. You pay through a secure PayPal link we email you, and PayPal handles your financial details under its own privacy policy. If you choose to confirm your payment in the "Already paid?" section of our site, we collect only what is needed to match that payment to your order: your PayPal email address and the transaction ID, or a screenshot of your receipt. We never see or store your card or bank details.

How your pet's photo is used

Production only. Your photo goes to the engraving workshop that creates your keepsake — and nowhere else.
Private storage. Photos are kept in private storage with access limited to the people handling your order.
No advertising. We will never use your pet's photo in ads, on social media, or on our website unless you explicitly give written permission.
No selling or sharing. We never sell, rent, or share your photos or personal details with anyone beyond what production requires.

Deletion of your photo

We delete your photo within 14 days after your keepsake has been delivered. If you would like it deleted sooner, email us and we will take care of it.

Order records

We keep a record of your order number, email address, order details, and payment status so we can support you after delivery (for example, if a replacement is ever needed). These records are internal and are never published.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we later enable privacy-respecting traffic analytics, this policy will be updated before that happens.
